Patient Portal Access
The MD Progressive Care Patient Portal is your access point to address many of your routine needs such as scheduling appointments, reviewing labs and visit records and corresponding with your doctor or other practice staff.
The link below will take you to the patient portal. If you have already created a login and password, simply enter it and you can access your portal. If you have not yet registered, please click the "pre-Register" link below the login area. You will then be granted access within about 24 hours.
Office Hours
MD Progressive Care is open the following hours:
Monday - Friday: 8 am - 5 pm
We close for lunch daily from Noon to 1 pm. we are also closed on most major holidays.
If you need to be seen before 8am or after 5pm, please give us a call and we will make arrangements to see you at your convenience.
The easiest way to request and manage appointments is through the Patient Portal.
After completing the pre-registration process, you will be verified and then you will have access to your patient portal. From there, you may request appointments that best fit your schedule.
Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid No-Show fees.
Emergency and After-Hours Assistance
- If you have a life-threatening emergency, call 9-1-1 immediately.
- If you have an urgent medical problem, do not email us, please call the office at 214 521 0100
- If it is after-hours and you need to speak with an on-call physician, please call our office and follow the prompts.
- Medication refills will not be completed after-hours.
- Appointment scheduling or cancellations are not available after hours, except through the patient portal.
Insurance and Payment Options
We are in-network with most major insurance plans. Please contact our office, or your insurance provider, for more information.
If you are being referred by another physican, your insurance may require a referral form that physican. We can help you obtain this prior to your appointment.
If you do not have health insurance, we have self-pay rates for office visits and lab tests.
Laboratory Testing and Results
Your provider will determine which, if any, lab tests are appropriate for diagnosing or monitoring your condition. The easiest way to obtain lab results is to view them in the patient portal, which will contain any comments from your physician. Results are uploaded to the portal when we receive them, generally within 2 - 7 days, depending on the test that was ordered. In the case of abnormal results that require action to be taken, we will contact you directly. If you prefer to contact the office to obtain your results, they can be provided during regular business hours.
Please note: If your lab results are within normal parameters, the doctor will make his comments available on the patient portal.
Prescriptions
Prescriptions for new medications require a scheduled appointment.
Medication refill requests should be made during scheduled appointments.
If you need a refill before your next appointment, please call your pharmacy and they will make the refill request.

Please note that lab fees will be billed separately. If your question is regarding a lab fee, contact the lab provider listed on your bill.
New Patient Forms
We are currently working on making new patient forms easier to complete.
Please come to your appointment at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to complete new patient forms prior to your visit.
